Last week I had the pleasure of running a leadership workshop for Improve Digital in Amsterdam. First up… What an incredible organisation to work for. The team are so much fun and they get to work in a beautiful office by the docs everyday (And an amazing free lunch).
Right back to the workshop… even though they are a creative team the results of the process was consistent with every other organisation. If you tell a group of people they are creative they will behave creatively. If you assign a leader to a group they will follow orders.

Coming together with inspiring speakers from around the globe in an incredible bamboo resort in the heart of the rice paddies of Ubud, Bali, was certainly one of the highlights of my year.
